Tip #1: Define what success looks like. A lot of people just jump into paying influencers or KOLs

and don’t know what they want at the campaign. Well, tell you what. The main goal is to measure our success later, if we don’t know what to measure, we don’t know if were a success or not.

Tip # 2: Build long-term relationships with the right micro-influencers. I repeat, build long-term relationships with the right micro-influencers. So one post generates awareness, but it’s a very short-term result. Actually if we start building quality relationship with one micro-influencer, what we’re actually doing is building quality relationship with their audience.( ie, loyal customers in the long run)

After you build relationship with one circle of micro-influencers, that’s the time we scale and build another circle of micro-influencers, have them really engaged and build loyal customers out of that circle.

Tip # 3 is to stop selling and start branding. A lot of KOL campaigns fail because they are too hard sell. How would you feel if everytime I talk to you I’m trying to sell something. it’s very annoying right? We need to stop selling and build that rapport and build long-term relationships. At the end of the day, it’s all about the brand. Strong brands don’t need to sell.
